2. Payment Terms: Payment terms agreed between the Software House and the client it includes details such as payment amount, payment schedule, and payment method.

3. Warranties and Representations: The warranties and representations made by the Software House regarding the software, including any guarantees on functionality, performance, or compliance with applicable laws.

4. Termination: If client fails to pay monthly fee of the software as agreed between software house and client, company has writes to terminate the agreement after waiting for 30 day. Notice period IS 30 DAYS for any consequences of termination.

5. Dispute Resolution: IF any disputes that may arise between the Software House and the client it be resolved with 30 days other wises company has writes to terminate the contract.
